Closed joint-stock company "Center-Telco" works in the Russian market since 1995.

The company owns a network of local telephone and mobile radio communication systems operating in the EDACS standard range of 470-490 MHz. EDACS - The world's first digital standard trunking systems. In accordance with the provisions of the Government of Moscow on October 29, 1996 № 878, and from December 1, 1998 № 929 ZAO "Center-Telco" acted as general contractor and operator of an integrated system of urban radio-link (GISRS). In the summer of 1998 JSC "Center-Telco" within GISRS successfully provided online radio World Youth Games, held in Moscow.
